Located on the 128-acre historic Woodlawn property in Alexandria, VA, Arcadia is at the forefront of the local food movement, providing experiential learning and bridging the farm-to-consumer gap by distributing fresh, locally-produced foods to the Washington, DC area. Our vision is for a vibrant, secure and equitable local food system in the national capital region, rooted in and engaged and educated community, and economically viable consumer/producer relationships. |
