Please describe how you could take the peel off an apple all in one go:
Get paring knife or veggie peeler and start at the top. Circle around and keep on going down until you've hit the bottom. Go slow and try to make each circle of peel as wide as you can. The first time I took the entire peel off an apple at one time I felt really proud of myself, but also realized I could have done it much faster if I'd just started and let the peel bit fly.
