| Introduction | I am a passionate advocate for shelter animals, sparked by my family's volunteer work at our local animal shelter. What started as walks and reading sessions with my kids evolved into a daily commitment to an adoption advocate program. Witnessing the heartbreaking returns of misunderstood dogs, I became determined to bridge the gap between shelter pets and loving homes. This led me to create 'Adopt, Don’t Shop' (recently rebranded Street Dog Ambassadors) across social media platforms, dedicated to finding perfect matches and ensuring these incredible animals find their forever families. I believe that there is nothing an animal from a breeder or pet store can offer that a rescue animal cannot. There is a rescue pet out there for everyone, and I am determined to help you find it! |
