I have worked as a customer service rep at a bank and for a catalog company. This is the type of job I never thought I would have, let alone be good at, talking on the phone to people...talking on the phone was one of my greatest fears...now I often speak with unhappy customers...BUT I like my job... I am a member of the Unity Church...Spirit of Unity Church in Moodus, CT. We are a small, but mighty group.
