| Introduction | I am a freelance lecturer and archaeologist (amongst other things) originally from the UK but now living in Albania. I am currently on the Advisory Board of the World History Encyclopedia, the Board of Caabu (the Council for Arab British Understanding), and Honorary Secretary of the Anglo-Albanian Association. I've previously worked at The British Museum, the Petrie Museum of Egyptian Archaeology and the College of St George at Windsor Castle, as well as being a teacher in Tower Hamlets and a lecturer at Queen Mary, University of London. For many years I was the Director of the MBI Al Jaber Foundation, a UK charity specialising in education and cultural dialogue.. I'm very lucky to have worked in so many amazing places, and to be still doing archaeology: in this field I've worked in Italy, Spain, Oman and now Albania. |
