IntroductionI started Paleo because I have a wheat and dairy allergy. The Paleo or Primal diet is just eating meat, veggies, occasionally fruit, and nuts and seeds. It's a lot easier then it sounds, and you'll be amazed at how great you feel! If you need more info, buy the book, "Everyday Paleo".
