| Introduction | WELCOME TO COOKING WITH CONFIDENCE AND JOY! I love to cook! I even find it relaxing!! It brings me great joy to think about meal planning and preparation, to read recipes and to plan tablescapes. I enjoy improving upon and redesigning recipes and of course sharing recipes with others. I grew up in Georgia and had the great opportunity of observing great cooks---my Mother especially. Our family time was centered around meals and meal preparation. We always used fresh ingredients and paid attention to proper techniques. To this day, I have a passion for helping others to discover the joy and confidence they can experience as they provide food for their families. |
