Introduction	In today’s hectic world, success is measured through competition rather than cooperation, and becoming involved with those around us can seem overwhelming. Skilled Process Facilitation and Outbound Experiences allow a group to see themselves and their colleagues in a different light. New strengths are discovered, new ways of using existing strengths explored, and the team’s ability to leverage the many strengths amongst its members are highlighted. Facilitations are organized according to the needs and inclinations of the client. The location is chosen depending on whether the preference is towards the more rustic or towards more amenities (ie, a campsite, a village, or resort). Some processes are simply conducted in the office environment. After discussing the objectives and expectations, activities and group processes are arranged in a way that will be most conducive to a meaningful experience and impact.
