Location	Behind the Redwood Curtain of California
Introduction	I'm interested in politics, bicycles, music, food, and tea, among other things. My academic interest is in the social sciences, particularly issues of gender, development, social ecology, and social movements. My goal after graduation is to do something socially and/or environmentally beneficial, but not sure what.
Interests	anarchism, environmentalism, punk, metal, anthropology
Favorite movies	I like foreign and indie films a lot, such as, Pan's Labyrinth, The Orphanage, The Devil's Backbone, Ma Vie En Rose, What to Do in Case of Fire, Goodbye Lenin!, The Edukators, and Death of a President. I also like irreverent comedy like, the National Lampoons Vacation Series and Spaceballs.

Favorite books	I don't read nearly as much as I would like anymore, but some of my favorite authors are, Derrick Jensen, Emma Goldman, Kurt Vonnegut, and George Orwell. I also have a geeky obsession with the Harry Potter series.
