| Introduction | I am an Italian-American mother of four who is simply trying to carry on the same Italian traditions that I grew up with. With the passing of each generation, we lose a little bit of the tradition. It is up to our generation to celebrate being Italian in simple, everyday ways that will always remain with our children.
