| Introduction | Leslie Wibberley is a slightly maddened mother to two outstanding young women, and wife to an extremely tolerant husband. She loves the written word almost as much as her family, but is also quite fond of cocker spaniels, especially one small, black fiend named Pepper, domestic rats, and Celtic music, especially if in involves fiddles and cellos. Since she returned to her first love in 2015, writing, Leslie has had fourteen narrative nonfiction pieces and three short stories published. This includes a story in this year’s Chicken Soup for the Soul, Random Acts of Kindness. She is preparing to query her first novel, a YA story of Magical Realism. In the two years that she has been submitting her work, she has received both a 6th place and an honourable mention in Writer’s Digest’s Annual Competition. |

Whoops! Your tongue is now a magnet. Whatever will you use for silverware?
I have a lovely wooden spoon that I brought back from my travels to the south pacific over 30 years ago, the smooth wooden surface of the spoon will slide silkily over the surface of my magnetized tongue with no effort at all. (Did I mention I am addicted to alliteration?)
