| Introduction | My work as a Life Coach and Health & Wellness Coach is focused on helping my clients with their own evolutionary process. I began my own journey of consciousness awakening when I was about 2. No, not really. Though I certainly started early and it has been a lifelong process of expanding, and spiraling upward. In 2002, my awakening took a big leap forward, and since then, with each passing year (or moment, at this point), the pace of this process has increased dramatically. A few years ago, I became intrigued by what I was hearing about 2012. I very quickly dismissed any mass media talk of doom and gloom, and sensed that what was happening was a huge planetary shift in consciousness, and not pegged to a specific date. Since then I have grown increasingly interested in learning all I can about The Shift. Understanding this process has also allowed me to serve as a guide to those who are going through their own journey of awakening. In this blog, I attempt to translate what is happening with the planetary energy shifts. To be alive at this time is a gift we have given ourselves, and a responsibility to take an active part in the planetary evolution. |
