Introduction	I have been practicing yoga for close to 10 years. Yoga has influenced all aspects of my life and I am eternally grateful for the gifts I have received through yoga. A self-described "Yoga Evangelist", I want to share my yoga practice "beyond the mat". I also hope to build a community where yogis can go to learn and share their own experiences, as well.
