Introduction	APPROACH TO INVESTING I approach investing and living as a continuous learning process as the world is perpetually evolving. Accordingly, I spend each day studying markets. I view investing as a long term proposition that requires extraordinary patience and diligence. I try to invest only in ideas that I believe I have a competitive advantage. I am constantly asking myself how this investment could blow up on me. Whenever possible I steer clear of the herd and operate in inefficient markets. To borrow from John Templeton I am looking for bargains globally. I am comfortable investing in equities, debt, options and commodities. MOTIVATION FOR BLOG I realize blogs are dime a dozen today and my motivation is not to gain a wide readership. Rather this is an experiment of mine. I would like to put my thinking on paper and hopefully and identify flaws. I would also like to share my knowledge with family and friends and hopefully help them with their investments.
