| Introduction | I am a single Momma to a wonderful 8 yr old, who I have nicknamed "V" here. I have struggled with my weight for the last 15+ years. I have tried running which hasn't helped me shed the pounds, and unfortunately I have gotten injured multiple times in the process. I tend to do well and then promptly fall off of the wagon. |
