| Introduction | I attended an IT career school in 2001 and earned my A+, NET+, and Cisco certs. Immediately after that I worked for Convergys supporting Cisco products. It was a team environment, and I enjoyed it a lot. As that job was sent offshore, I started working for Qwest. I quickly adapted to the properity ticketing software, and a call center environment. As I grew in education and certifications, I changed jobs to offer more opportunity. At Ultradent, I earned my MCSA and MCITP certifications. I also was responsible for increasingly complex projects. I was part of the team that implemented the ITIL process. |
