The bald frog was once a prince but he wouldn't meet any princesses because he was embarrassed of his prematurely bald head. He was turned into a frog because they are bald anyways. It was too late, every single princess in the world was already married. He was tired of being bald (even as a frog), so he decided to wear a wig.
