Introduction I was a vegan for ten years before I realized that I was 200 lbs/90.7 Kilo, balding, and very unhealthy. I began my search for health in 2009- when I first moved out of my parents house and left to college. Since then I have lost 50 lbs/22.7 Kilo and found the raw vegan energy based lifestyle that I am so excited about today :) I do not eat 100% raw but I do my best to keep my body, my mind and my soul as healthy as possible :) This blog is for anyone who wants inexpensive/easy-to-make nutrition packed recipes without the use of expensive kitchen equipment. I will also try to throw in lots of raw survival tips. Enjoy!
