| Introduction | HEALTH, SKIN , HAIR AND CHILD CARE Hello everyone, So this journey of mine starts with me deciding to take care of my moms diet or food habits. I started experimenting and planning different recipes even faced lot of problems regarding ideas searched the net for it and then while in this process i thought that there must be lot of others who want to loose weight or eat healthy must be in a dilemma on what to eat or how to eat , what to cook, how to cook with given time and scarcity of time and so i thought of sharing my tasty and healthy experiments. I'am a mother also to a very naughty boy , it takes all the brains and patience dealing with him but sometimes i always thought that if i could share my experiences of dealing with him and if they would be helpful to anyone.
