| Introduction | My name is Liza. I am a mother of four very fun, noisy, typical children with a supportive husband that puts up with many of my crazy ideas. I have been experimenting with a lifestyle change of getting back to natural, whole food, clean eating as well as hoping to create a Spiritual shift in the atmosphere of my home. I am using the Feingold diet as my guide for food and the good old standby of prayer and meditation to connect with God for guidance on the Spiritual side of life. I am hopeful and excited to see the changes that will be created in my home. |
