| Introduction | One of my favorite things in the world is being pleasantly surprised. With a few exceptions, I don't like things that are totally over the top or showy. And, like most normal humans, I clearly don't like things that are disappointing. What I love is having expectations, having those expectations met and exceeded, just by enough to make me say, "huh, how about that?" This applies to everything: movies, books, music, friends, experiences, etc. If it can do this, it's something that I'll be interested in. |
