| Introduction | Kim- I currently reside in Boulder, CO (and Breckenridge, CO for the winter), am as of now unemployed and am lucky enough to get to spend most of my days either skiing in the rockies or running in the foothills around Boulder. Because I'm so active, I really focus on trying to put good things in me. Thats not to say the occasional pint of Ben and Jerry's doesn't get ravenously consumed, but for the most part I really enjoy cooking with fresh vegetables and lean protein. Oh yeah, and since I used to live at sea level I am currently 'enjoying' trying to figure out how to cook alternately at altitudes of 5000 and 9500 ft. Much hilarity ensues.................................................................................... Annemarie - I'm a sixth grade English teacher and live outside Philadelphia in a suburb where you can see the Casino lights from miles away. I'm really trying to get in shape; I'm trying to learn to love vegetables, so a lot of my cooking is attempts at making green things palatable. I love grocery shopping, and prefer to fill my cart with ingredients as apposed to frozen things in cardboard boxes. |
