Introduction	I was leading an average normal life before my life was turned upside down when I was diagnosed with a form of cancer called Multiple Myeloma on September 20th, 2011. When I was first diagnosed I kept a blog called Jeremy's Multiple Mylemoa Journey. This blog described how I came to terms with my new diagnosis and the treatment for my illness. Three years later my life has changed in many ways yet in most ways still remains the same. I had many plans about how I would improve my life after my cancer diagnosis. Most of the planned improvements did not stick for more then a few months. I am now starting a new blog: Does it have to be this bad? A social workers reflections on life. This new blog, started two years after finishing the first blog and after finishing the initial course of cancer treatment, is about everything that happened next.
