Introduction	I am a Senior Lecturer in the School of Creative Arts at James Cook University, Townsville, Australia. I am also a practicing artist engaged in drawing, painting, printmaking and sculpture. Beyond my professional practice as an artist, I have a strong interest in the etchings of the Barbizon School, along with Dutch, German and English landscape prints from the seventeenth to the nineteenth century.
