Introduction	I am a food obsessed individual that recently made a career change from a professional kitchen, to a CPG industry. So now I am seeing the other side of the food industry. With a career change I also made a geographical change, moving from north Alabama, to New York. In Dec. '10' I graduated with a Master's in Food Science, with a concentration in Product Development and Research. May 2010, Married my Beautiful wife Mel, she brings out the best in me, May 2009, Graduated with a Bachelor's in Food Science and Technology, with a minor in Chemistry.
