| Introduction | I hope to create an oasis in a desert. California is experiencing a dreadful drought and I want to make a place for critters and people to enjoy that doesn't require gallons of water. I also love ruminating on life in general (yes, another cranky old person) and making something whimsical and useful out of found objects. My passion is animal rescue. After a lifetime of travel adventures and work, it's time to get creative at home. Clearly the beauty pictured above is the opposite of moi - she was unfailingly sweet tempered, happy to meet and greet anyone, and the light of the neighborhood. Well, someone had to be. |
