| Introduction | I'm a beginner runner. And by beginner, I mean I registered for a marathon, bought a book about running marathons and ran around the block 2 weeks ago and couldn't walk for 3 days. I have not, however, lost enthusiasm. My goal? To finish AHEAD of the ambulance, and not IN it! Aim high! |
