Introduction	I'm the mother of four and wife to the kindest man I know. Feeding my family is my creative outlet, and I take pride in providing them with wholesome healthy food. Our diet is strictly vegetarian and most often vegan to appeal to the crowd of six. I hope to share many ways we have found to make our lives more simple, healthy, beautiful and creative.
