| Introduction | Hi! I'm Katharine. I live in Mississippi. I am now in month three on the road to a skinny me. Three years ago, I married the love of my life. On my wedding day, I weighed 140 pounds. In December 2011, I weighed 170 pounds. I know you can do the math, but that means I had gained 30 pounds in less than 3 years. My New Year’s resolution for 2012 was to “lose weight.” This has been my resolution every year that I can remember. But, this year, I decided to truly do something about it. I didn’t just want to lose weight; I also wanted to be healthier. In January, I joined Weight Watchers. For the past three months (nearly), I have lost 25 pounds. I feel so much better-mentally and physically. I’m thinner, and I’m healthier. |
