Introduction	I'm a redhead, with blue eyes, and fifty-three. I'm bulging rather more than I should at the waist, but I've lost weight recently. And I'm coping cheerfully, most of the time, anyway, with depression, epilepsy and Asperger Syndrome. I have a verbal IQ score of 150, an MA and PhD in Social Policy, and a BA in English. I'm interested in music, the arts, science, history, politics and religion, and I'm pretty sure the human race is doomed, unless Someone or something (?) turns up to rescue us from our own stupidity.
Interests	Singing in my local Church Choir (baritone), writing music, and blogging!
Favorite movies	Lord of the Rings (how sad is that!).
Favorite music	Ralph Vaughan Williams' Fantasy on a Theme of Thomas Tallis.
Favorite books	The Bible, The Lord of the Rings, The Chronicles of Narnia, the Harry Potter books.
