| Introduction | I live with a disease called Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, for short SLE Lupus. Having an incurable disease has made me stronger in every part of my life. I want to make an impact on my kids so that they can impact their kids. I may not get to see my grandkids but I am trying to do my best to get them to heaven with me. I am a baby Christian (about a year now) and loving seeing the world through these new eyes of mine. I am now a homeschooler and it is hard but if it is what God wants us to do it will work out. I enjoy the extra time with my kids. I have been married for 10 years now to such an amazing and Godly man. I have two amazing children, girl 12 and boy 9 and just blessed all around. No way will my disease hurt me! It is part of my testimony and I treasure all I have learned from the trials. I started loosing my hearing about 3 years ago, it is very confusing to people because I am so verbal but I have never been a quiet person.lol It is all in His hands and I trust in Him. |
| Interests | God, homeschooling my 2 wonderful kids, and working with disabled children. We do baseball with them. It has been amazing watching my kids grow as they spend time with these amazing children. |
| Favorite movies | The Bible collection, Left Behind, Facing the Giants, you get the idea. Also we saw Fireproof and it was almost like looking in a mirror of my marriage. Thank God we are both saved now and just had our 10 year anniversary. |
| Favorite music | Casting Crowns, Newsboys, and Praise/Worship music. |
| Favorite books | Evidence Bible, and working on WOTM because I am just now getting to the point that I can read again and understand!! Now if the seizures and strokes will stop I will be ready to roll!! |
