My dream and my life were shattered by Eliot Spitzer. Eliot Spitzer as the Attorney General of NYS filed seven perjured declarations in federal court. Spitzer and the perjured declarations were successful because my Pro-Se Civil Right Act of 1964 case was dismissed; I was denied my right to a jury trial; and the United States Supreme Court upheld the dismissal by not reviewing my case and the direct evidence presented that proved that the declarations contained lies and false statements. On November 2, 2010, Cuomo was elected to become the governor of New York State. Cuomo has refused to take any action(s) to make me whole. |
| Interests | Seeking justice and peace for me and other victims of employment discrimination. On January 20, 2009, Pres Obama was sworn in as our 44th president. I believe that nothing happens in this world by chance. President Obama’s election, Associate Justice Sotomayor’s confirmation hearing to the United States Supreme Court, the Ricci v. DeStefano (New Haven Fire Fighters) case, and Professor Gates and Sergeant Crowley incident have presented this country with the perfect opportunity to have a sincere and frank discussion on race, discrimination, and race relations. At this time in our nation’s history I believe that I am uniquely qualified contribute to a conversation on racism into a thoughtful honest debate on one form of racism employment discrimination. |
