Introduction	I was born and raised in South Africa and also completed my studies there. In 1999 I boarded an aeroplane to London, UK to work as a teacher for only a year! 11 and a half years later, with a husband, we decided to make a change. So we moved to Ras Al Khaimah and we got 2 beautiful cats called Tinkie and Mackenzie! I am now in my 3rd year of teaching at RAKACADEMY BC and my passion is. . How children learn a new language! It is one of the most challenging and rewarding journeys to introduce a second language to 3 and 4 year olds and then to hear them speak in full sentences and ask questions in a couple of months time! Our journey starts here!
