Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
I never wear a scarf because I would probably slam it in a door, get it snagged on a nail or tree limb, get all wet, soaked and icky in my drink or possibly baby food. If none of those things would happen, I'm sure my kids would find some really cool way to ruin it.
