Introduction	I started this blog so I could get my recipes organized. I have gone private and public several times. When I look thru what I have posted I'm embarrassed at all the mistakes. So I change it to private. Then someone asks for a recipe and I go public because it is the easiest way to share. I have to weigh the disadvantage of having my typing and grammar errors public and the ease in sharing a recipe.
