Introduction	Hi, I'm Matthew Craven, and gardening has been more than just a job for me—it's been a form of therapy and a fresh start. After serving in the military, I faced the difficult transition back into civilian life, grappling with PTSD and the challenges that come with it. In the midst of that, I found solace in working with my hands, creating beauty out of nature, and watching things grow. Gardening became my outlet, helping me reconnect with peace and purpose. Now, as a landscaper by trade, I’ve expanded my passion into vertical gardening to help others experience the same joy I’ve found. I believe that anyone, no matter their space or budget, can grow their own food and reap the benefits of nurturing a garden. Whether you’ve got a small urban space or a large backyard, vertical gardening allows you to maximize your area and enjoy the rewards of homegrown produce.
