| Introduction | I'm trying to live a good story.
My story is about an exodus from shame and resentment, healing in a community of friends, and constructing a purpose for my life. That purpose is to live out acts of hope and reconciliation wherever there is misinformation, resentment, fear, or other symptoms of culture wars and disagreement. My approach in doing this is to model the life of Jesus - his meekness, selflessness, and sacrifice. As a naturally reactionary, selfish, and prideful person, this is not the easiest purpose or path I could have chosen. But it's the one I want to live. I've got a long road ahead of me. Feel free to join me for any stretch of the journey. |
