| Introduction | In the grand scheme of things, I'm just another person with an opinion. You might agree or disagree with me. I may be right or I may be wrong, but it is just my opinion, after all. My college experience prepared me as a teacher of Biology/Science (Secondary level). I have spent the greater portion of my life working with people with Developmental Disabilities (27 years, to be exact) and have learned much about myself and about people in general, in that time. For 20 of those years, I have learned and taught others much about Human Behavior (among other things) - in order to help those serving People With Developmental Disabilities better understand and serve our population. My opinions with regard to human interactions stem from both arenas. This doesn't make them right, just uniquely mine. I tend toward the cynical & the sarcastic, but I am (above all else) a Realist - not an easy thing to be these days (or maybe at any time). Anyway, these are my musings. I hope you find them interesting and (hopefully) thought provoking. |
