| Introduction | Having obtained my medical degree from Manipal Academy of Higher Education and a Fellow of the Academy of General Education, Manipal. I am a Member of American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, Member of the Association of Clinical Research Professionals Malaysia and an invited speaker for the MOH Malaysian Good Clinical Practice Training Courses. I have been certified by the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine in the FUT and the FUE technique of hair transplantation; as well as in the ADHI Technique of hair transplantation, a minimally invasive hair transplant procedure. Having practiced in the Ministry of Health hospitals, heading the Medical Departments of a few multinational pharmaceutical companies while nurturing my 2 young sons, I understand firsthand the demands of balancing long working hours, lack of sleep and caring for one’s physical being. Having served as the Assistant Director in the Health Technology Unit of the Ministry of Health I am a firm believer of Evidence Based Medicine and constantly stay at the forefront by acquiring new skills and techniques. |
