Introduction Loving myself...for the longest time I have felt like I wasn't "normal", like something was wrong with me. It has been a journey these past couple of years to take control of my life- to stand up for myself- and to make the changes necessary to be the best person I can be. Since then I have found out that I was suffering from severe anxiety and panic attacks. I am thankful that I have since gotten treatment and still maintain that treatment in order to feel very normal! Now that I don't have much worry- I have much more energy to dream- and boy do I dream. I believe in possibilities- for me, my husband and my daughter- I pray for strength and hope for all that is good! I've been blessed with the ability to laugh at life and at myself and just at the hilarity of it all. Also, I am so blessed to have been given the opportunity to be a mother to my beautiful little girl, Kelsie. I am married to my best friend, Todd. I have younger twin sisters who are my rock- they have been there for me without judgment and together we hold each other up. Now I can say that I love myself!
Interests I fancy myself a writer, but have to admit I've never completed a story! I love to read - voraciously- and just decided that I want to get into photography! I've never been a picture taker and now I want to try to make an effort to take a picture every day! I am starting to love to cook, and always have loved to bake. I make a mean pumpkin pie and carrot cake and my chocolate covered peanut butter balls are to die for!
Favorite Movies My Fair Lady, The Fiddler on the Roof, Pretty in Pink, Wall-E.
Favorite Music JOHN MAYER, Ben Folds, Jason Mraz, Old school (late 80s) R & B- like good ol Al B. Sure or maybe some Luther (RIP). I have diverse musical tastes- but normally country music does not do anything for me...But JOHN MAYER is by far my favorite! I have gotten more in to blues rock, also love classical music. I am all over the place! Did I mention that JOHN MAYER is my favorite? It's more than the music- although he says its only music now, I feel like you have to connect to a singer's ideals and who they are as a person in order to truly love their music. That's what I have done for sure! Love some JM.
Favorite Books The Diary of Anne Frank, NIGHT, Cold Sassy Tree, many others to many to name! The Holocost moves me like no other tragedy in our time-
