Introduction	I'm a "lapsed man". Prior to my failed marriage, I was an artist, mountain biker, sometime martial artist, and sporadic fitness enthusiast. As many people do, I let myself go completely and lost sight of who I was before devoting myself to the lost cause of a "Happy Marriage". It didn't work. This blog is a record of my attempt to find myself and rebuild the parts of my life that I should not have let go of. Before anyone writes me with some kind of crazed femi-nazi rant, No I don't blame my ex- for my failure to maintain my sense of self, my fitness, or to pursue my interests outside of my marriage. It was my mistake and mine alone, and I'd like to move on - I don't care to discuss my mistakes here.
