Introduction	My name is Rocky RIgney and I am a certified Chef graduate from Le Cordon Bleu. I have worked in the industry fro the past 6 years, including 5 star restaurants. I came to realize that our "modern" American diet does not work, and I decided to make some changes. Just a couple of years ago I weighed 275 lbs, and with a few easy changes to my diet I was able to lose 50 lbs. I now am 50 lbs lighter and healthier! Because of the weight loss and change in my diet, I was also able to stop my high blood pressure! I want to teach you what I have learned, and help make your life a healthier one!
