| Introduction | I love to bake! I have since I was about 7 and got to help stir the cookie dough for the first time. It was more about how good the dough tasted than aything else back then. By the time I was 11 or 12 though, I was already changing up the recipes I tried and realizing that I loved the creativity of making new flavors and textures with different combinations of ingredients, not to mention the warm satisfaction I got from the happy responses of friends and family when I served them the finished products. My tinkering in the kitchen in pursuit of gluten free bread that tastes even better than "regular bread" has led me to a new role as owner and product developer for a commercial gluten free bakery that my husband Dave will manage. He does the hard work, I still get to tinker! Life is busy, but very good!!! |
