For as long as I can remember, I've been a 'big girl' even as a young child, I was very conscious that I was 'too big' although now looking back at photos, I wasn't that big at all really. With a little more encouragement to exercise, I might never have ended up as I am now, not that I am blaming anyone else for my weight now. After all, nobody forced me to eat all those excess calories over the years! |
