Introduction	I'm passionate about life and all I share mine with. I am truly blessed. A proud mother of three with many, many dear friends and family. I love cooking, especially for a hundred or more (Soup Kitchens), took up running in 2006, triathlons in 2007 and marathons in 2008. I am an excellent interpreter of dreams, a perpetual optimist and believe in the power of belief, the benefit of self-reflection, the necessity of hedonism and the ability of laughter to heal the soul. I am here to be a light for others so they can see their own beauty. I aspire to add these to my life's badges; pilates, chi running, an IronMan Triathlon, making my living as a writer and coming as close to Agape as is possible in this life. My deepest gratitude to all those who support, love and challenge me. You make the journey worthwhile.
