| Introduction | I am a civil litigator with the Clarks Summit, PA (outside of Scranton) firm of Cummins Law with over 25 years of experience in handling auto accident, trucking accident, products liability, and trip or slip and fall premises liability matters all across Northeastern and Central Pennsylvania.
