| Introduction | I am a civil litigator with the Clarks Summit, PA (outside of Scranton) firm of Cummins Law with over 22 years of experience in handling auto accident, trucking accident, products liability, and trip or slip and fall premises liability matters all across Northeastern Pennsylvania. Since 2012, I have earned the highest "AV rating by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. In 2014, I was selected by the Pennsylvania Defense Institute as their "Distinguished Defense Counsel of the Year." I have also been selected by my peers every year since 2015 to appear in the national directory, Best Lawyers in America under the category of Personal Injury Litigation-DEFENSE. To date, I am the only insurance defense attorney in all of northeastern Pennsylvania to earn this distinction. I also put my 20+ years of litigation experience to use in the mediation of civil litigation matters to settlements.
