Introduction	Hi! I'm Kate Flynn, a mother of 2 beautiful children, wife to an amazing husband and I love to cook, bake and decorate my little home. I guess my love of cooking came from my own mother, who's love of food trickled down to me. I am lucky to have not only been surrounded by amazing food my whole life but having a Mum and Nana who welcomed me into their kitchens and taught me not only how to cook and bake but to love it. I believe there is no greater pleasure in life than to cook and gather with friends to share your creations. Food bring's us together, take us back to our childhood with a single taste or smell and it can heal hearts. I decided to do this blog to share my recipes, inspriations and food from my family's kitchen with my friends and who ever else out there who loves to cook or is thinking about becoming a home cook. I want to make a special thanks to my lovely friends Jacki Dixon and Janice Tetreault who gave me the not so gentle push to actually do this. And to Carla Seely for always being my biggest supporter....thank you ladies you mean the world to me! So enjoy staying in...happy cooking xxx
