Introduction	I live and cook in the Pacific Northwest. After years of a long commute, I retired and now have time to do whatever I please! A lot of that "whatever" involves cooking, something I love but had limited time for when I was working. This blog was created primarily for posting my Daring Baker and Daring Cook challenges, but I also occasionally chat about other food-related events in my life.
