| Introduction | I am a mom of two boys with an amazing husband who all share in my love for sports, fitness and living well. I am a member of Team Burgh, an obstacle course racing team, as well as a member of the Women of Obstacle Racing Pro Team. I am a sponsored athlete and an ambassador of Girls Gone Sporty. I was born in New Jersey but was raised in the Adirondack Mountains of New York. I enjoy all sorts of fitness as well as a love for the outdoors in the four seasons of the area I live in. I believe that spending quality time with family and friends is key to living a healthy life. I enjoy cooking utilizing fresh ingredients and putting healthy food and products into our bodies.
