Introduction	We are a father-daughter team training for the 2010 Chicago Marathon. Phillip (dad) is a family doctor in Battle Creek, Michigan. Mira (daughter) is a writer living in Brooklyn, New York. We both are vegetarians with rather large feet, a dry sense of humor, a love for ice cream and a shared belief that pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional. We're not just running for our own personal growth: we're individually raising funds for two groups we are both very passionate about, and we'd love your support!
